This Consultation Aims To Set Up A Sad With A View To The Award Of Specific Contracts Aimed At: • Providing A Regional Or Sub-Regional Maintenance Service Including Maintenance And Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Extrication And Remote Alarm Services For Hydraulic And Electric Elevators, Patient Lifts, Goods Lifts, Disabled Lifts And Lifts/Platforms For People With Reduced Mobility-Epmr, Dumbwaiters, File Lifts, Lifting Tables/Elevators/Dock Levelers, Escalators And Moving Walks, And Any Device Ensuring The Automatic Vertical Or Horizontal Transport Of People And/Or Loads, Generically Referred To As “Devices Or Elevators” Under The Procedure, Any Brand And Associated Services; • Meet The Needs Of Buyers, As Defined In These Consultation Regulations, In Particular By Resorting To A Separate Market When The Offer Resulting From The Resah Framework Agreement Relating To Identical Services Does Not Make It Possible To Respond Satisfactorily To Their Specific Situation, This Framework Agreement Being, On The Date Of Implementation Of This Sad, Identified Under Number 2025-R025. In Order To Guarantee The Exclusivity Granted To The Holder Of The Aforementioned Framework Agreement And The Right Of Resah To Implement Alternative Solutions In Accordance With The Vocation Of Completeness Specific To The Purchasing Center, The Holder Of This Framework Agreement Cannot Be A Candidate For This Sad During Its Entire Period Of Validity, I.E. Eight (8) Years, In Application Of The Contractual Stipulations Which Bind It To Resah Under The Framework Agreement Concerned.
