Waste-Tip Management Services – Collection And Further Management Of Large-Sized Waste (Waste Code 20 03 07) From The Municipal Installation In Wola Pawłowska. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection And Further Management Of Large-Sized Waste (Waste Code 20 03 07) From The Municipal Installation In Wola Pawłowska. The Offered Waste Management Method Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And Recovery Processes Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 1.1. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Will Be No More Than 2,000 Mg (Subject To The Possibility Of Transferring A Smaller Amount During The Term Of The Contract, But Not Less Than 1,500 Mg). 1.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Transfer A Smaller Amount Of Waste During The Term Of The Contract, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Respect. 1.3. Bulky Waste Intended For Further Management Comes From Selective Waste Collection (Displays). The Waste Is Already Shredded And Ready For Collection. 1.4. Collection Of Large-Size Waste Will Take Place Successively From Monday To Friday In The Amount Specified In The Unit Order Sent By E-Mail (Or Fax) To The Contractors Representative Within 2 Days Of Submitting The Unit Order. 1.5 Waste Collection Will Take Place From The Municipal Installation In Wola Pawłowska. The Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Weighed On The Employers Certified Scale. 1.6 The Contractor, No Later Than The Day Before Waste Collection, Will Send An Electronic Notification To The E-Mail Address Awizator@Pukciechanow.Pl Containing: Time Of Vehicle Arrival, Registration Numbers Of The Tractor And Semi-Trailer, Name And Surname Of The Driver Along With The Bdo Number Of The Transporter. In The Absence Of Notification Within The Specified Period, The Waste Will Not Be Released And The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Charge Contractual Penalties In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. 1.7. Waste Should Be Collected By The Contractor Using Technically Efficient Cars, Adapted To Collect And Transport Waste, Appropriately Marked And Enabling The Protection Of Waste During Transport. 1.8. Each Collection Of Waste And Its Acceptance Into The Installation For Management Will Be Confirmed With A Waste Transfer Card, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, I.E. In The Electronic Waste Registration System Via The Database On Products And Packaging And Waste Management (Bdo), In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 1.9. After Each Month Of Performance Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Declaration On The Method Of Waste Management Along With An Indication Of The Installation (Name And Address) In Which The Waste In Question Was Subjected To The Recovery Process. R. 1.10 The Waste Is Taken Over After The Completion Of Loading Of Waste By The Ordering Party Onto The Means Of Transport Provided By The Contractor For Waste Collection.
