The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Does Not Establish The Contractors Claim To A Specific Order Volume Or Quantity. The Ags Decision Regarding The Number Or Scope Of The Services To Be Commissioned Lies Solely At The Ags Discretion. The Framework Agreement Starts When The Contract Is Awarded And Ends, Without The Need For Termination, At The Earliest When The Maximum Value Is Reached And At The Latest After Four Years. All Orders Are Generated By The Ag In Text Form (E-Mail). The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Demand A Specific Minimum Volume. Services Are Provided Exclusively On The Basis Of A Call By The Client. Calls May In Particular Concern The Following Services: - Provision Of Additional Software Licenses - Provision Of Optional Rental Modules - Consulting And Support Services - Expansions Of The System Environment. Retrievals Are Made At Least In Text Form (E.G. Email Or Ticket System). The Contractor Confirms Receipt Of A Call Immediately In Text Form. The Prices From The Price List Apply. Billing Is Generally Carried Out: - For Maintenance And Support Services Annually In Advance, - For Consulting Services Based On The Effort Actually Provided (As Required) - For Additional Software Licenses Pro Rata According To The Respective Billing Period.
