The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Ensuring The Passability Of Roads In The Międzychód Forest District In 2026. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Repairs Of Existing Roads Performed Mechanically - Profiling Of The Surface With Obtaining Appropriate Transverse Slopes Along With Compaction At Optimal Humidity (208,950.00 M2). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Technical Documentation - Annex No. 1 To Swz, Consisting Of From: 1) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1A To The Swz;2) Illustrative Maps - Annex No. 1B To The Swz;3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 1C To The Swz. The Location Of The Roads Is Marked On Illustrative Situational Maps, Which Constitute Annex No. 1B To The Swz. At The Stage Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Location Of The Planned Roads For Grading And To Reduce The Size Of The Works In The Event Of Circumstances Justified By The Economic Interest Of The Ordering Party, As Well As In The Event Of Other Important Reasons, In Particular: Natural Causes, Circumstances Caused By Natural Disasters And Natural Disasters. The Above-Mentioned Reduction In The Scope Of Works, In Relation To The Scope Specified In The Swz, Will Not Result In A Change To The Contract Or Constitute Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Obligation, And Therefore Is Not The Basis For Raising Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. This Reduction May Concern A Maximum Of 30% Of The Quantity Provided For In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz.
