1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Renovation Of The Evacuation And Emergency Lighting Installation In The Building Of The District Court In Wrocław At Ul. Sądowa 1 / Podwale 29.30. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Disassembly Of Existing Electrical Installations (Disassembly Of Existing Emergency And Evacuation Fixtures, Disassembly Of Emergency Modules From Dual-Function Fixtures - Disconnect The Wires And Secure Them), Improvement Of The Works Performed By The Previous Contractor - Installations And Construction Finishing Works Unfinished, Wires To Be Checked, Installation Of Fire Cables, Plastering, Finishing. After The Measurement, If The Measurements Do Not Meet The Standards, The Cables Should Be Replaced With New Ones.2) Newly Designed Emergency And Evacuation Luminaires3) Expansion Of Electrical Switchboards With Additional Security Measures4) Installation Of A Central Battery System In Two Technical (Electrical) Rooms5) Power Supply For The Central Batteries6) Extension Of The Ssp System - Installation Of Loudspeakers In The Basement And Release Of External Gates From The Ssp7) Carrying Out Measurements,8) Accompanying Construction Works,9) Repair Works. Scope Of The Order Also Includes Accompanying Works And Temporary Works, In Particular: 1) Preparatory And Security Works, 2) Obtaining All Necessary Consents, Arrangements And Additional Permits Not Obtained By The Ordering Party, Required By Law And Separate Regulations, To Conduct And Organize The Works, 3) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, 4) Delivery Of All Necessary Elements, 5) Transport And Unloading Of All Materials At The Work Site, 6) Provision Of Scaffolding For Work At Height, 7) Demolition Of Scaffolding, 8) Dismantling Existing Installations And Devices,9) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Work. 2. The Building Will Be Used During The Works. Due To The Fact That The Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility, During The Courts Working Hours, I.E. From 7:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M., Only Those Works That Will Not Disturb The Work Of The Court Can Be Performed.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail: 1) Design Documentation Consisting Of: A) Detailed Design, B) Bill Of Quantities, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Were Prepared By Biuro Projektowe Jarosław Poźniak With Its Registered Office At Ul.
