Investment Location: Katowice, Ul. T. Dobrowolskiego 1. Plots: No. 74/77, 106/95, 106/91, 106/60, 106/89, 106/90 District 002, Journal Bogucice-Zawodzie, City Of Katowice, Silesian Voivodeship, Registration Unit 246901_1. The Investment Area Covers Approximately 21,589 M2. The Buildings Are Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Revitalized And Functioning Part Of The Silesian Museum In Katowice. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Including Construction Design, Detailed And Industry Designs As Well As Formal Legal Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Law, 2) Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved Documentation, Ffu, Construction Law Provisions, Technical Conditions And Standards, 3) Ensuring Full Inter-Industry Coordination, 4) Implementation Of Works In Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety And Health Protection Regulations, 5) Preparation Of Documentation Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit, 6) Equipping The Buildings With All The Required Technical Infrastructure, 7) Implementing Elements Of The Visual Information System (Inside The Buildings And Outside), 8) Connecting Facility Management Systems (Including Monitoring, Lan Networks, Access Control, Fire Protection System, Bms System) With The Main Building Of The Silesian Museum In Katowice [Ms-Gg], 9) Development Of The External Area With The Accompanying Infrastructure. 10) The Scope Of Works Also Includes: A) Heating Installation Using Mine Water.
