The Selected Supplier Is Responsible For The Ordering And Brokerage Of Transport Services And Related Tasks: - Outside The Customers Own Opening Hours, - During Traffic Control Center Congestion Situations, Where The Call Waiting Time Exceeds The Limit Value Specified By The Customer - During Transport Control Center Personnel Events And Meetings, Such As During Training Sessions. - In The Case Of Service Disruptions, When The Transport Control Center Is Not Able To Produce The Service As Its Own Operation Partially Or Completely. The Supplier Receives Orders And Other Service-Related Contacts Mainly By Telephone, But Also Through Other Order Channels. The Supplier Forwards Routes To The Transport Operators Indicated By The Customer, Combines Orders, And Takes Care Of Organizing High-Quality Customer Service And Customer Advice. One Supplier Is Selected As The Contract Partner. The Service Starts On 1 October 2026.
