Among Other Benefits, The Contract Includes The Following: - Complete Purchase And Management Of Raw Materials, Ensuring Security Supply And Quality Control Throughout The Process. - Supply And Replacement Of Cleaning Products And Supplies And Those Means That Are Considered Necessary. - Reception And Storage Of Raw Materials In Conditions That Guarantee Correct Quality Control. - Preparation Of Menus And Diets According To Guidelines Established By Those Responsible For The Centers Nutrition (Nutritionist-Dietician). - Preparation Of Basal Menus And Therapeutic Diets. - Supervision And Support In Plating, With The System Established By The Center And Assessing The Most Appropriate System, This Task May Be Required As Part Of The Functions To Be Carried Out By The Kitchen Staff. - Cleaning And Subsequent Drying Of Household Items, Trays, Carts, Cutlery... The Service Must Be Provided 365 Days A Year.
