Scope Of The Public Procurement: Includes Provision Of Appropriate Material And Living Conditions For The Users In The Social Institution - Object Of Interventions Under The Project, Namely - St. Basil The Great Hospital - Plovdiv. In Correspondence With The Main Objective Of The Procedure To Bring The Homes For The Elderly Into Compliance With The Requirements Of The Quality Standards Of Residential Care For Elderly People Of Working Age Regarding The Specialized Environment For The Provision Of Service, Within The Framework Of This Project, Equipment And Furniture Will Be Purchased And Delivered, Detailed And Distributed By Premises. The Modernized Base Of The Home Will Serve For The Complex Provision Of Quality Services For The Elderly And The Creation Of The Necessary Comfort, Coziness And Safety For The Users Of The Dsh, Including - And The Provision For Them Of A Maximally Inclusive, Family-Like, Environment In The Object Of Intervention. The Proposed Financing For The Equipment And Furnishings Of The Dsh-C. Plovdiv, Is Fully In Line With The Intended Investment Intention, Prepared In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Volume-Planning Decision And The Functional Requirements Regarding The Material And Technical Base Of The Rgvh Service, Including The Specific Needs Of The Users, Taking Into Account The Following Needs: - Provision Of Minimum Furniture For 1 User (Bed, Table, Chair, Wardrobe, Cabinet For Personal Belongings); - Providing Conditions For Adapting The Environment In Order To Meet The Individual Needs Of The Persons; - Creation Of Conditions For Seclusion, Tranquility, Security And At The Same Time - Safety (Avoidance Of Details With Sharp Edges, Etc.); - Providing An Environment For Eating, Sports, Entertainment, Etc.; - Avoiding Furniture, Bedding, Draperies And Curtains That Allow Dust To Collect And Create A Risk Of Allergies; - Introduction Of Telecommunication And Signaling Systems (Video Surveillance, Internet, Call Systems, Etc.); - Etc. The Distribution Of The Equipment And Furniture Planned For Purchase Through This Project Guarantees The Creation Of A Maximally Comfortable, Functional And Favorable Environment, Suitable For Life, Personal Development, Providing Support And Creating Conditions For Improving The General Health, Mental And Social Condition Of Users And Creating A Sustainable And Effective Model For A Close To Family Environment. The Implementation Of The Activity Will Lead To The Complex Renewal Of The Dsh And Will Support The Process Of Reforming The Service. Result Of Conducting The Public Procurement: 1. Conducted Procedure(S) Under The Public Procurement Act And Concluded A Contract(S) With A Contractor For The Supply Of Equipment And Furniture; 2. Delivered And Installed Equipment And Furniture In The Object Of Intervention Under The Project - Dsh - City Of Plovdiv; 3. Prepared And Approved Acceptance-Transmission Protocols For Delivered Equipment And Furniture Under The Project; 4. Built A Suitable Material Base And Conditions For The Adequate And Expedient Provision
