Internet Or Intranet Client Application Development Services – Creating A Budapestiana Portal. Budapest Capital Archives Wants To Create The Budapestiana Portal Application. The Source Base Of Budapestiana Is The Databases And Digital Files Handed Over By The Contracting Authority To The Tenderer/Developer. The Main Goals Of The Project: - Creation Of 1 Own, Cloud-Based Database System And Portal (Budapestiana), - Migration Of Files Transferred By The Budapest Capital Archives To The Budapestiana Portal And Database To Be Created (Approx. 2,867,313 Records, Approx. 3,578,831 Digital Recordings And Files, Approx. 8.2 Terabytes In Total), The Data Stored In The Existing Sql Database In The New Cloud-Based Infrastructure Must Be Migrated To Established Relational Database(S), - Creation Of A Modern, Fast Search Engine For The Data Set Of The Budapestiana Portal To Be Created, - Creation Of A Data Maintenance Interface For The Bfl Data Set Of The Budapestiana Portal To Be Created, Which Enables Bfl Employees To Upload Data And Image Files. The Detail And Estimated Quantity Of The Hungaricana Export Stocks To Be Migrated To The Budapestiana Portal Is Contained In Annex No. 3. The Expected Functionality Of The Portal Is Contained In Annexes 1 And 2. The System To Be Developed Should Provide At Least The Functionality, Service Level And Solutions Of The Current Hungaricana Database And The Budapest Time Machine Equivalent, And All Its Software Elements Should Be Based On Open Source Products. The Tenderer Expects A Cloud Service And Software System To Be Developed That Can Be Scaled According To The Tenderers Needs, Can Be Operated Safely And Is Reliable. The Bidder Should Address The Relevant Technical Solutions In His Offer. The Bidder Expects The Source Code Of The Created Software System To Be Handed Over By The Bidder At The End Of The Project. The Tenderer Stipulates That, As A Result Of The Contract, He Will Acquire Unlimited Rights Of Use And Further Development Of The Created Software System, Which He May Transfer To Others After Prior Notification Of The Successful Tenderer. The Deadline For Implementing The System Is A Maximum Of 12 Months After The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Winning Bidder Is Entitled To Advance Payment. The Winning Bidder Guarantees A Minimum Of 12 Months For The Created System. The Tenderer Expects To Resolve Any Operational, Data Maintenance, Operational Security Or Any Other Problem Affecting The Operation Of The System As A Whole Or Any Of Its Components Within The Warranty Period. The Tenderer Expects The Tenderer To Operate The System For 12 Months After The Handover, During Which He Must Carry Out The Necessary Updates. For 12-Month Operation And Warranty Repairs, The Bidder May Not Charge Additional Costs Beyond Their Bid. The Tenderer Expects The Tenderer To Make An Itemized Offer For An Additional 24 Months Of Operation In Addition To The 12-Month Operation (As An Optional Item, See Field Bt-54). The Details Of The Task Are Contained In The Attached List Of Requirements And The List Of Data (Documents) To Be Migrated.
