The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Construction Works For The Ordering Party Consisting In The Expansion Of The District Road No. 1657K Gronków - Bukowina Tatrzańska From Km 2+437 To 2+524 Along With The Expansion Of The Bridge At Km 2+475.2. The Works That Are The Subject Of This Order Will Be Carried Out In The Scope Of: 1) Preparation Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project - Closing The Facility For The Duration Of Construction Works, Designating Detours; 2) Extension Of The District Road No. 1647Kw Km 2+437.00 - 2+524.00; 3) Demolition Of The Existing Road Bridge; 4) Reconstruction Of The Individual Exit At Km 2+457.78, Right Side; 5) Reconstruction Of The Exit Public At Km 2+465.60, Right Side;6) Reconstruction Of The Individual Exit At Km 2+487.60, Left Side;7) Extension Of The Bridge Over The Leśnica Stream At Km 2+475.00 (In Km 9+500.00 Of The Watercourse);8) Construction Of Section No. 1 Of The Storm Sewage System At Km 2+453.00 - 2+462.70;9) Construction Of Section No. 2 Of The Storm Sewage System At Km 2 + 493.30 - 2 + 497.70; 10) Reconstruction Of The Underground Telecommunications Network; 11) Reconstruction Of The Access Roads To The Bridge; 12) Implementation Of The Target Traffic Organization; 13) Preparation Of A Complete Application And Obtaining A Final Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party; In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. In Addition, The Ordering Party Stipulates That After Completing The Works Specified Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 14) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, In The Form Of A Booklet Of The Acceptance Report, Referred To In Art. 57 Of The Construction Law, Including An As-Built Geodetic Inventory With A Clause Of Admission To The State Geodetic Resource.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare All Necessary Materials And Applications To Network Managers Regarding Network Reconstruction Or Removal Of Conflicts, Including Updating The Conditions Issued By Individual Network Managers And Updating Industry-Specific Implementation Designs And Their Arrangements.4.
