The Service Is To Include For All Civil And Hydraulic Design, Process Engineering Services As Required; Any Environmental / Ecological Evaluations Required; Preparation Of Construction Tender Docs, Administration Of Tender Process (Publication, Clarifications, Evaluation, Etc.); Award And Management Of Construction Contract. The Esp Will Also Be Required To Act As Psdp For The Project.
