The Dargan Drive Site Is Located To The South Of Tullamore Town Centre. The Site Measures Approximately 0.68Ha. The Site Is Bounded To The North By A Public Road Chancery Lane; To The East By A Vacant Field; To The South By Irish Rail Line And To The West By A Dwelling. The Main Access To The Site Is Located Off Chancery Lane To The North Of The Site. Offaly County Council Proposes To Develop A Social Housing Scheme Of 20 Dwellings At Vacant Site On Chancery Lane, Tullamore. To Facilitate The Future Development Works It Is Required To Divert And Underground Two Overhead Esb Power Lines And Also An Existing Eir Line. New Footpath And Front Boundary Wall Works Are To Be Included In This Enabling Works Contract. It Is To Be Noted That Parts Of The Works Occur In Adjacent Land Access To Same Will Be Via Agreement With The Land Owners.
