The Order Covers The Development Of A Nature Expert Opinion As Part Of The Monitoring Of Forestless Parts Of Śnieżnik In The Years 2026-2028, Including In Particular: 1) Annual Field Research, Including: A) Vegetation Inventory At 25 Existing Research Sites, Including: • 19 Sites Located On Grassland Patches: Pl1-01, Pl1-02, Pl1-03, Pl2-01, Pl2-02, Pl3-01, Pl3-02, Pl4-01, Pl4-02, Pl4-03, Cz1-01, Cz1-02, Cz1-03, Cz2-01, Cz2-02, Cz3-01, Cz3-02, Cz4-01, Cz4-02, • 2 Reference Stations: Pl3-03, Cz1-04, • 4 Sites On The Sazonki Peat Bog. B) Inventory Of Valuable, Rare And Protected Plant Species In Grasslands And Peat Bogs, Including: • Estimation Of The Number Of Protected, Rare, Endangered And Endemic Plant Species, • Assessment Of Their Health Condition - The Number Of Shoots Damaged Or Attacked By Parasites. 2) Taking Into Account The Results Of Vegetation Surveys From Previous Years And Soil Tests From 2025, 3) Assessing The Conservation Status Of Forestless Natural Habitats And Plant Species Occurring At Research Sites, 4) Developing Guidelines For The Further Protection Of These Habitats And Species, 5) A One-Time Collection Of Samples For Genetic Research Aimed At Determining The Genetic Diversity Of The Population Of The Bearded Bluebell Campanula Barbata In: A) Śnieżnik (On The Polish And Czech Sides) B) In The Nearest Population/Populations From The Jeseníky Mountains. 6) Development Of Substantive Input And Participation In Project Meetings, Including: A) Preparation Of A Presentation Or Paper With The Results Of Field Research, B) Participation In At Least Two Meetings Organized In The Years 2026-2028 Under The Project No. Cz.11.01.02/00/23_011/0000158 Entitled Śnieżnicki Zwornik Ii. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Divided Into Partial Tasks. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1 To The Specification. 4. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Need To Transfer Intellectual Property Rights To The Completed Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Contractual Conditions Is Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification.
