Systems And Technical Consultancy Services – Support Of The Governance Of The National Vocational Education And Training System By The Project Management Unit 2025-2029. The Object Of The Contract Is The Operation Of A Project Management Unit (Hereinafter Mde) For The Provision Of Specialized Support For The Governance Of The National System Of Vocational Education And Training And The Strategic Plan, As Well As The Preparation Of Studies/Experts On Issues Related To Vet And Lifelong Learning. The Project Management Unit Aims To Provide Specialized Support During The Governance Of The Ss Until 2029 (And Not Beyond The End Of The Act). The Services That Will Be Provided By The Mde, Regarding The Support Of The Governance Of The National System Of Vocational Education And Training And The Strategic Plan, Include The Following Units Of Work: Unit Of Work 1: Operation Of A Project Management Unit, In The Context Of Which The Following Tasks Are To Be Implemented: (A) Support In The Coordination Of The Individual Actions Of The Strategic Plan Of Vocational Education, Training & Lifelong Learning For The Upgrading Of Vet. (B) Support In The Central Management Of Outputs, Reports, Reports And Other Documents Of The Involved Entities And Their Management. (C) Support In Communication / Collaboration On Strategic Issues. Unit Of Work 2: Elaboration Of Expert Studies, Included In The Existing Vocational Training & Lifelong Learning Strategy For The Upgrading Of Vet. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Codes: • 72224000-1 Project Management Consultancy Services • 79411000-8: General Management Consultancy Services • 79415200-8: Planning Consultancy Services • 73200000: Research And Development Consultancy Services The Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Parts Due To The Relativity And Complementarity Of The Requested Services. Offers Are Submitted For The Whole Of The Advertised Contract. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Inclusive Amounts To €968,750.00 Excluding Vat, I.E. €1,201,250.00 Including Vat At 24% (Vat: €232,500.00). The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Forty-Four (44) Months From The Signing Of The Contract And No Later Than 30-11-2029. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Economic Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix I Of The Declaration. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Tender, Based On The Best Value For Money
