Structural Engineering Consultancy Services – Support Mission, Phpp Verification And Passivhaus Classic Labeling In The Context Of The Construction Of A Higher Education Center In Le Havre. - Purpose Of The Contract (See Art 2-1 Of The Consultation Regulations) As Part Of The Project To Build A Higher Education Center In Le Havre, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude A Contract With The Purpose Of A Support Mission, Phpp Verification And Passivhaus Classic Labeling. These Services Are Intended To Support The Contracting Authority Throughout The Operation, Which Takes The Form Of A Global Performance Public Contract. Form Of The Contract - This Consultation Will Result In The Establishment Of An Ordinary Contract At Mixed Prices (See Art 2-3 Of The Consultation Regulations): - With A Fixed Price Part, Relating To The Overall Mission Which Takes Place In Three Phases Which Follow The Evolution Of The Mpgp: Initial Report (Apd), Intermediate Report (Pro) And Final Report And Obtaining The Label (Exe / Site / Reception); - With A Unit Price Part, Taking The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders In Order To Take Into Account Additional Services. The Framework Agreement Has No Minimum And Has A Maximum Annual Amount Of 50,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax.
