The Material Scope Of Part 1 Includes In Particular Finishing, Adaptation And Construction Works Assembly, Sanitary And Installation Works, As Well As Fixed And Movable Equipment For Teaching Rooms, Communications, Storage Rooms, Sanitary Rooms, Auxiliary Rooms And Other Zones Indicated In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Implements The Entirety Of Part 1 Under One Contract, Without The Possibility Of Limiting The Scope Only To A Selected Location, Industry Or Product Group. The Contractors Responsibility Includes Full Coordination Of Construction Works, Sanitary Works, Deliveries, Assembly And Commissioning.
