Descriptionforsvarsmateriel (Fma) Hereby Invites Suppliers To Apply For Prequalification In Connection With The Procurement Of Light Terrain Vehicles For Military Use Both For Winter And Summer, Including Snowmobiles And 6X6 Atvs. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Competition With Negotiation, Where Prequalification Is The First Step In The Process. A Non-Exclusive Framework Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One Supplier. The Agreement Has A Duration Of Three Years, With An Option For A Further Four Years, For A Total Of Up To Seven Years. The Estimated Value Of The Acquisition Is Nok 385 Million, And The Upper Financial Limit Is Set At Nok 710 Million. The Agreement Covers The Entire Delivery And Is Not Divided Into Sub-Contracts. The Competition Will Take Place As A Two-Stage Process, Where This Pre-Qualification Constitutes Stage One. Only Suppliers Who Meet The Qualification Requirements Will Be Invited To Participate In The Competition Itself (Step Two). The Requirements And Procedures For Pre-Qualification Appear In The Attached Document Pre-Qualification Document, Which Describes The Pre-Qualification Process, The Requirements Set For The Suppliers, As Well As Which Documentation Must Be Attached To The Request For Participation. Suppliers Are Asked To Read The Document Carefully Before Submitting A Request For Participation.
