The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare A Strategic Noise Map For A City With A Population Of Over 100,000. Residents Entitled Strategic Noise Map Katowice 2027. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed On The Basis Of And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Obtaining The Necessary Data To Prepare A Strategic Noise Map; B) Performing Measurements Of Noise Emitted To The Environment In The City Of Katowice, Necessary To Develop A Strategic Noise Map; C) Inventorying And Presenting In Tabular And Descriptive Form, On Separate Forms, Noise Barriers Located Within The City Limits Of Katowice Along With Their Parameters; D) Developing A Simulation Model (Acoustic And Geometric) Of The City Area For Individual Noise Sources (Road, Railway, Tram, Air, Industrial) And Carrying Out Calibration Measurements Of The Model; E) Preparing The Descriptive And Graphic Part Of The Strategic Acoustic Map, Including Maps Compatible With The Katowice Spatial Information Infrastructure, I.E. Developing A Model In The Pl-2000 System, Lane 6 With Cutting Into 1:2000 Sheet Sections; F) Agreeing On The Proposals For Remedial Actions With Noise Source Managers; G) Developing Assumptions For The Protection Program Environment Against Noise Referred To In Art. 119A Of The Environmental Protection Law, In The Field Of Noise Protection Planned To Be Implemented Within 5 Years, Long-Term And Estimation Of Implementation Costs And Effects Of Activities Planned To Be Implemented Within 5 Years, Including Participation In Stationary Or Online Meetings With The Employers Representatives Aimed At Defining The Assumptions. H) Preparation Of Data And Assistance In Submitting To The Chief Inspector Of Environmental Protection, In The Form Of Editable Text Files - The Descriptive Part Of The Map, Source Files From The Software Used To Perform Acoustic Calculations, Data Sets Spatial In One Of The Commonly Used Gis Formats, Spreadsheets (In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Chief Inspectorate Of Environmental Protection) And Assistance In The Transfer, I) Preparation For The Transfer And Assistance In The Electronic Transfer To The Chief Inspector Of Environmental Protection And The Marshal Of The Silesian Voivodeship Of The Following Layers: High Greenery, Ground Acoustic Absorption Coefficient (G), Buildings, Bridges, Viaducts And Tunnels, Proposals For Noise Protection Activities Planned To Be Implemented Within 5 Years, Measurement Points And Calculation Points, Digital Terrain Model (Dtm) Processed For The Needs Of The Map - Divided Into Auxiliary Units Of The Commune, J) Preparation Of The Results Of Work Related To The Strategic Noise Map To Be Placed On The Website Of The Katowice City Hall And Integration With The Katowice Spatial Information Infrastructure, In Order To Update The Internet Acoustic Map Portal.
