Bids Are Invited For Interconnecting 400/220 Kv Gis Jalpura (Tbcb Project) With Upptcl Substations By Revamping 02 No. 220 Kv Bays At 220/132 Kv Gis Jalpura Under Etd-Ii, Noida; 1.0 Erection of Main & Auxiliary structure Lattice type DTM,ETM,BXM,ALP,BCT etc. consisting of column, beam, peak etc and auxiliary structure for installation of LAs, CVTs etc. The job consist of shifting of all materials from store to site of erection, erection of structure as per drawing with the help of GI nut & bolt, spring washer, matching the hole, cutting & matching of member if required including cost of all men and T&P excluding GI structure, nut & bolt to complete the work. Erection of Main & auxiliary structure lattice type BCT, ALP etc. upon foundation and its proper tightening. 2 Erection of following equipment as per technical specification, manual and instruction as per direction of supervising engineer. a 220 kV Lightning Arrester b 220 kV Capacitor Voltage Transformer with junction box. 3.0 Dismantling of all 3 phases of existing HTLS Hamburg conductor, all hardware fittings & conductor accessories e.g. armour rod, vibration dampers, insulator strings etc. from tower location no. AP-74 (third tower from gantry) to AP-75 to AP-76 tower to 220 kV gantry having approx. 800 mtr in length including dehoisting of insulators as all towers and gantry and de-jumpering from cable sealing termination to CVT to LA and shifting of materials to store as per instruction of supervising engineer. 4.0 Laying, tensioning, stringing, clamping, jointing etc. complete with HTLs Hamburg conductor from tower location no. AP-75 (second tower from gantry) to 220 kV extended gantry having approx. length 250 mtr including hoisting of insulator at gantry and AP-75 tower end for all three phases, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. armour rods, vibration dampers etc. along with droper and jumpering for interconnction of equipment with the conductor from LA to CVT including cutting of conductor, bending in proper shape and all associated works viz cutting & bending of conductor and all other necessary associated work as per direction of supervising engineer. 5.0 Jumpering, interconnection of equipment with the conductor from cable sealing termination to CVT to LA including cutting of conductor, bending in proper shape, clamping with the help of clamps and all other associated work to complete the work satisfactorily. 6.0 Laying & stringing of earth wire including fixing of all kind of hardwares as per instruction of supervising engineer.
