A) The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Construction Of Lighting At Ul. Zaporoska.B) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of, Among Others: Execution Of Street Lighting Consisting Of Six Cable-Powered Poles On A Section Of Approximately 150 M With Reconstruction Of The Surface (Openwork Concrete Slabs Of The Parking Lot).C) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents:• Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, • Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, • Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, • Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, • Guidelines For Lighting, Street Lighting Elements, Pedestrian Crossing Lighting And Illuminations Constituting Annex No. 14. D) If Manufacturers Names, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Appendix To The Swz, Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogues, Manufacturers Websites And The Like. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution. E) Required Warranty Period: The Minimum Warranty Period Is 36 Months. The Maximum Warranty Period Is 60 Months. Offers Containing A Warranty Period Shorter Than 36 Months Will Be Rejected. F) The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below, With The Exception Of Persons Performing The So-Called Independent Technical Functions In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law: - Lower-Level Technical Employees (Organization And Implementation Of Construction Works), - Manual Workers (Direct Performance Of Construction Works).
