1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads In The Town Of Łąkie - Stage Ii. Stage Ii Includes The Reconstruction Of Sections E-F, F-G, G-H In Accordance With The Design Documentation.2. Construction Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Above-Mentioned The Tasks Will Be Carried Out In The Town Of Łąkie, On Plot No.: 184, 185/64, 185/60, Which Is The Property Of The Skąpe Commune.3. As Part Of Stage Ii For The Above-Mentioned Tasks The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Following Construction Works On Sections E-F, F-G, G-H: A) Preparatory Works - Measurement, Demolition, B) Earthworks - Channeling, Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil, C) Stabilization Of The Soil With Cement, D) Construction Of Crushed Aggregate Base For The Road Surface And Exits, E) Construction Of The Road Surface And Exits, F) Works Finishing.4. All Materials Used By The Contractor During The Investment Must Have Certificates And Be Approved For Use In Construction. All Construction Layers Of The Surface Should Be Made In Accordance With The Design Documentation Referred To In Section 8 Below. 5. The Scope Entrusted To The Contractor Will Include All Work Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Held By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Section 8 Below, As Well As From The Point Of View Of The Goal To Be Achieved By The Ordering Party In The Form Of Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads In Łąkie And In Accordance With The Contract With The Contractor. 6. The Detailed Scope Of Work To Be Performed Is Described In The Swz, Design Documentation, Technical Specification And Bill Of Quantities.7. The Contractors Duties Will Include, Among Others: Execution Of The Indicated Elements Of The Works In The Documentation, As Well As Those Resulting From The Assessment Of Field Conditions, Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation, As Well As Compliance With The Provisions Of Decisions, Arrangements, Conditions, Approvals, Arrangements, Etc., Obtained By The Ordering Party In Order To Complete The Subject Of The Order. 8. Construction Works Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By Usługi Inżynierskie Wojciech Prochera, Nowa Wioska 5B, 66-218 Lubrza And The Notification Of Construction Works To The District Office In Świebodzin Of December 11, 2023. 9. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Using Its Own Materials, Equipment Elements And Devices, Which It Will Purchase And Deliver To The Construction Site At Its Own Expense And Risk. The Cost Of All Materials, Equipment And Devices, The Delivery Of Which Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, Used To Implement The Subject Of The Contract Described Above, Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration Referred To In § 7 Of The Contract. 10.
