The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: Demolition Of The Existing Footbridge On The Moszczenica Stream At Km 1+400, Construction Of A Pedestrian Footbridge At Km 1+400 Of The Moszczenica Stream, Reconstruction And Protection Of Conflicting Infrastructure - Power Cable, Demolition And Construction Of Fortifications Of The Moszczenica Stream, Construction Of A Stone Riprap On Concrete At Km 1+397.50 - 1 + 402.50 Of The Moszczenica Stream. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: - Perform All Accompanying Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. - Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation Allowing For The Assessment Of The Correctness Of The Works And Their Quality. - Obtaining, On Behalf And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of The Works Or A Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Subject Of The Order (In Accordance With Applicable Law).
