The Full Scope Of Works Was Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Technical Documentation Of The Building Is Available For Inspection At The Ordering Partys Office. 3. Symbol According To The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 45000000-7 - Construction Works, 45310000-3 - Electrical Installation Works.4. All Built-In Devices And Construction Products Should Have Appropriate Approvals Or Certificates.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.6. The Ordering Party Recommends A Site Inspection Of The Facility. The Date Of The Visit Should Be Agreed With A Representative Of The Investment And Renovation Department, Tel. 47 725 58 98.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.8. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor.9. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known, According To Annex No. 8 To Swz.10. The Contractor Declares That It Has Persons Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order, Having Authorizations In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Law Act, And Current Industry Authorizations, Fully Enabling The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In The Field Of: - General Construction Industry, - Electrical Installations, - Telecommunications Installations. Including Purpose, The Contractor Must Submit A Declaration, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex 5 To Swz.11. The Ordering Party Requires Contractors To Demonstrate That They Employ At Least Two People Under An Employment Relationship In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Act, Which Will Participate In The Implementation Of The Task, Having A Sep E Qualification Certificate Up To 1Kv.
