The Subject Of The Order Includes Designing The Construction Of Roads With A Total Length Of Over 1 Km. The Scope Of The Study Includes The Following Road Sections: - Ul. Słoneczna;- Ul. Akacjowa;- Ul. Jaśminowa;- Road Connecting Ul. Słoneczna From Ul. Działkowa Scope Of Development Of The Above-Mentioned Sections Includes The Preparation Of All Documentation In The Following Industries: Road Industry, Sanitary Industry - Storm Sewage Network (Drainage), Electrical Industry - Road Lighting Along With The Possible Reconstruction Of Existing Conflicting Power Networks, Telecommunications Industry - Construction Of A Technological Channel (If Necessary), Road Traffic Organization (Temporary And Permanent). All Other Industry Projects Should Be Developed, Including: The Need To Remove Collisions With The Existing Technical Infrastructure. Possible Industry Designs For Removing Conflicts Must Result From The Arrangements, Opinions And Conditions Obtained At The Stage Of Preparing Design Documentation. For The Section Of The Road Connecting Ul. Słoneczna From Ul. Działkowa Should Be Designed To Permanently Separate The New Road From The Existing Provincial Road No. 329 - Ul. Perimeter In The Form Of Road Screens, Permanent Fencing Or Another Solution Agreed With The Ordering Party And The Provincial Road Manager. This Solution Is Intended To Prevent Dirt And Stone Elements From Entering The New Road. The Implementation Documentation Should Provide For The Stages Of Investment Implementation In Accordance With The Arrangements With The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Implementation Of Part Of The Task, It Is Necessary To Divide And Take Over Part Of The Real Estate On The Basis Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads Zrid. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Make The Necessary Divisions Of The Property. All Solutions Adopted By The Contractor Must Be Consistent With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Applicable Regulations And Must Meet The Patterns And Standards (Wis) Recommended By The Minister Of Infrastructure.
