1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor With A Trailer For Maintaining Cleanliness In The Będków Commune.2. The Tractor With The Trailer Must Be Brand New (Unused), Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 3. The Supplied Equipment For Cleaning And Maintaining The Będków Commune Must Be Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. If In The Order Documents Trademarks, Patents, Etc., Sources Of Origin Or A Specific Process That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Supplier Are Indicated, They Should Be Understood As Examples Of The Minimum Parameters Expected By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials/Devices Equivalent To Those Described In The Procurement Documents (Article 99, Sections 4-6 Of The Public Procurement Law). In Article 101(1)(2) And (3) Of The Public Procurement Law Is Obliged To Prove It In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of The Evidentiary Means Referred To In Articles 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law. That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent (Article 101(5) Of The Public Procurement Law). 7. The Contractor Will Provide A Quality Guarantee And Warranty Against Defects For The Period: Tractor With Trailer - At Least 24 Months.
