The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Modular Container Community Center In Czarna Łąką Along With Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, Including The Implementation Of All Works Leading To The Achievement Of A Condition Consistent With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Village Community Center Building With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Land Development, Commissioning Of The Facility And Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility. 2.1.. The Location Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Plots No.: The Community Center Is To Be Built On Plot No. 60/12, 60/13, Czarna Łąka Precinct, Goleniów Commune; Street Słoneczna.2.3. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Modular Container Community Center Building Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, As Well As Obtaining The Final Permission To Use The Facility. 2) Description Of The Investment Area: The Investment Area Is Located In Czarna Łąka, On The Existing Recreational Area At Słoneczna And Letniskowa Streets, In A Single-Family Residential Complex. On Plots No. 60/12 And 60/13 There Is Currently A Multi-Purpose Sports Field, A Playground And A Wooden Shelter, Which Serve The Village Residents. The Plot On Which The Village Community Center Is Planned Is A Property With A Wooden Shelter. The Property Is Bordered By Road Plots On The Northern And Eastern Sides. From The West It Borders With An Undeveloped Plot And From The South It Adjoins One Plot With A Single-Family House And One Undeveloped Plot Also Intended For Single-Family Houses. The Plot Has Direct Access To A Public Road On Plot No. 59, Ul. Letniskowej Oraz Dz. Nr 69 Ulicy Słonecznej. Service From The Investment In Question Will Take Place On The Public Road Ul.
