The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Pedestrian Road Along Dk94 In The Town Of Walidroga - A Section Of The Sidewalk On The Right Side (From Km 197+450 To Km 197+680), Including The Design Stage And The Works Implementation Stage In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Design And Build System. Not Limited To The Works Listed Below, But In Accordance With All Other Requirements Specified In The Pfu, The Logical Whole Resulting From The Completion Of The Design Process And Resulting From The Applicable Law, As Part Of The Order. In Particular, The Following Works Should Be Designed And Performed: ▪ Construction Of The Sidewalk Section On The Right Side (From Km 197+450 To Km 197+680), ▪ Construction Of Sidewalk Drainage. The Scope Of The Design And Implementation Stages Of The Works Includes, Among Others: Activities: 1) Making A Site Visit To Identify The Subject Of The Order.2) Obtaining Geodetic Materials For Design Purposes.3) Preparing A Situational And Elevation Map For Design Purposes - Depending On Needs.4) Preparing Design Documentation Required For Reporting Construction Works (Appropriate Sketches And Drawings And Description).5) Preparing An Executive Design With All Accompanying Studies (Road Part + Industries, Including Sanitary, Electricity).6) Preparation Of A Water-Legal Survey Together With Obtaining Appropriate Water-Legal Permits - Depending On Needs.7) Preparation Of Materials For Obtaining Consent To Cut Down Trees Along With A Decision - Depending On Needs.8) Preparation Of Geotechnical Documentation Of The Subsoil.9) Preparation Of Design Documentation For Installations And Accompanying Devices (External) - Depending On Needs.10) Conducting A Road Safety Audit For The Construction Design Stage.11) Preparation Of An Application For Consent. Construction.12) Submission Of The Prepared Traffic Organization Designs For The Duration Of Construction/Works.13) Submission Of The Prepared Permanent Traffic Organization Design.14) Preparation Of The Specification For The Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Corresponding To The Solutions Of The Construction Design And The Detailed Design.15) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities For The Works.16) Quality Assurance Programs.17) Cooperation With Administrative Bodies In Order To Obtain Appropriate Decisions, In Particular Participation In Public Consultations, Providing Explanations At The Request Of The Authority, Submitting Applications And Documents Immediately In Relation To The Applicable Deadlines.18) Preparation Of Photographic Documentation Of Real Estate Intended For Temporary Occupation, Before And After The Implementation Of The Task.19) Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documentation For The Acquisition Of Rights To Use Real Estate Located Outside The Boundaries Of The Road, And Necessary To Implement This Investment - If Necessary.20) Presenting To The Ordering Party Preliminary Design Solutions, Taking Into Account The Materials Used For Acceptan
