Part I Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of Residential Premises Located In Warsaw At: A) Rynek Nowe Miasto 21/23 Street, M. 8, B) Krzywe Koło 2/4 Street, M. On July 1965). It Is Also Located Within A Protected Urban Layout Entered In The Register Under No. 472. Therefore, Both Buildings Are Subject To Care And Protection Pursuant To Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Letter B And C And Art. 7 Point 1 Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments. Building At Ul. Krzywe Koło 2/4 In Warsaw Was Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under The Number A-265 (Decision Of July 1, 1965) And A-266 (Decision Of July 1, 1965). It Is Also Located Within A Protected Urban Layout Entered In The Register Under No. A-261. The Scope Of The Subject Of Both Parts Of The Order (According To The Bill Of Quantities) Is General Construction Works, Electrical Installations, Sanitary Installations And Other Accompanying Works, Which Include The Following Works: 1) Basic Construction Works: A) Demolition Works, B) Replacement Of Construction Joinery, C) Replacement Of Floors, D) Brickwork And Plastering Works, E) Tiling Works, F) Painting Works.2) Basic Sanitary Works: A) Disassembly Of Sanitary Equipment, B) Replacement Of Accessories, C) Installation Works, D) Hydraulic Works, E) Measurements Of Tightness Of The Installation.3) Basic Electrical Works: A) Replacement Of The Electrical Installation, B) Replacement Of Electrical Equipment, C) Replacement Of Boards, D) Electrical Measurements, E) Preparation Of Documentation For The Power Plant.4) Other Accompanying Works Related To The Technology Of Individual Work Sectors. 5) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment (Kitchen Installation With An Induction Hob - 2 Cooking Zones, Washing Machine And Refrigerator). The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order To Part I Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 4A To Swz. The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is A Minimum Of 24 Months, Starting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report. Supplementing The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
