The Subject Of The Order Is: Expansion Of The State Fire Service In Stary Gozd, Consisting Of The Construction Of A New Gymnasium And The Reconstruction Of The Existing One And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With Decision No. 71/2025 Of March 31, 2025, And Conducting An As-Built Surveying Inventory. The Renovated Facility Is An Educational Facility And Will Be Used In Such A Way, Therefore The Work Schedule Must Be Adjusted In Such A Way That It Does Not Disrupt The Functioning Of The School. 3.2 Scope Of Works Of The Subject Of The Order: The Aim Of The Project Is The Construction Of A Gymnasium With A Connector, Land Development, Reconstruction Of Internal Installations And External Sections Of These Installations, Demolition Of A Building (Garage) And A Building (Residential Building), Carrying Out Construction Works In The Existing Gymnasium And Works Modernization Works In The Existing Primary School Building On Plot No. 358, Located In The Town Of Stary Gózd, District 0005 Gózd Stary, Stara Błotnica Commune, Consisting In Internal Reconstruction Works Of The Building Aimed At Adapting It To The New Function. Scope Of Works For The Entire Construction Project: A) Preparation Of The Area B) Construction Of Technical Infrastructure Connections, External Installations C) Construction Of Buildings D) Construction Of Internal Sanitary And Electrical Installations E) Landscaping F) Construction Of Sidewalks, Facilities G) Installation Of Small Architecture H) Construction Of Greenery The Subject Of The Task Is The Construction Of A Gymnasium Building With Sanitary Facilities And Additional Rooms At The Existing Primary School. The Facility Includes A Gymnasium For Socializing. Simultaneous Persons Who Are Not Regular Users Of More Than 50 People (Maximum Number: 300 People), Cloakrooms With Toilets And Showers, A Technical Room, Utility Rooms And A Room For Teachers With Sanitary Facilities. On The Mezzanine There Is An Additional Room Overlooking The Gymnasium. The Designed Building Has 1 Floor With A Mezzanine. The Main Entrance Is Through A Connector With The School From The West. Additionally, Entrances Were Designed Connecting The Facility With The Playing Fields (North Of The Development) And The Entrance To The Plot (South Of The Development).
