Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation As Part Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Municipal Building At Ul. Dworcowa
1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings With An Access Road And Accompanying Infrastructure Located On Plots With Registration Numbers 855/54, 855/55 And 855/53 Located At Ul. Dworcowa In Rypin.2) Description Of The Existing Condition: Flat, Undeveloped Area, In The Above-Mentioned Area. Plots, There Is An Existing Network Of Blocked And Partially Destroyed Storm Sewage System That Needs To Be Completely Rebuilt. The Area Covered By The Task Borders From The West With Built-Up Areas Of Terraced Brick Garages, From The South With The Area Of The Existing And Planned For Expansion Bus Station, From The East With Railway Areas, And From The South With Agricultural Land.3) Area Of The Planned Investment: A) Plots 855/54 And 855/55 Are Not Covered By The Currently Applicable Local Development Plan And The Ordering Party Has Decision No. 13/2025 Of March 10, 2025. On Development Conditions For An Investment Consisting In The Construction Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings Covering The Area Of Plots 855/4 And 855/55 Resulting From The Division Of Plot 855/50, B) Plot 855/53 Is Located In The Area Covered By The Applicable Local Development Plan For Part Of The City Of Rypin In The Area Of Dworcowa And Mławska Streets (Resolution No. Lv/337/2022 Of The Rypin City Council Of On November 28, 2022) And Is Intended For An Access Road Connecting The Buildings With The District Road Ul. Dworcowa, C) It Does Not Encroach On Areas Of Direct Flood Risk, D) It Is Not Subject To Protection Under The Provisions On Environmental Protection Or Nature Protection, And In The Immediate Vicinity There Are No Objects Or Areas Protected Under These Provisions, E) It Is Not Entered In The Register Of Monuments, But Within Its Area There Is An Archaeological Site No. 15 (No. 101 In The Area Of Azp 39-51) Under Conservation Protection. Buildings: A) Two Single-Staircase Multi-Family Buildings With 5 Residential Floors Above Ground And One Underground Floor Intended For Parking For Passenger Cars And A Place For Emergency Shelter, B) Each Building Should Provide For 40-44 Residential Premises With An Area Ranging From 45÷55 M2, At Least Two-Room Apartments With A Kitchenette, C) If It Is Not Possible To Design Storage Rooms In The Basement Floor, Storage Rooms Should Be Provided In Each Residential Premises, A Utility Room, D) Each Apartment Equipped With A Balcony, E) The Structure Of The Above-Ground Floors Is Made Of Brick Or Frame, F) The Underground Floor Is Made Of Reinforced Concrete, Due To The Expected High Level Of Groundwater, It Is Necessary To Provide For The Construction Of Basement/Garage Floors Using The So-Called White Bathtub, G) Monolithic Or Composite Filigran Type Reinforced Concrete Ceilings, H) Flat Roof With Attics, I) Access To Apartments From Internal Staircases, J) Passenger Lift For General Circulation In The Building Should Be Adapt
