The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of Residential And Municipal Buildings Located At The Following Addresses: Łaną 16B And Suchodębie 49, As The First Part Of The Implementation Of The Public Order Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of Residential And Municipal Buildings Ławała 1, 3, 4, 16B, Suchodębie 49 In The Scope Of, Among Others: - Insulation Of External Walls And Ceilings; - Replacement Of Roofing; - Replacement Of Windows And Doors; - Internal Construction Central Heating Installation; - Implementation Of A Heat Source In The Form Of Heat Pumps; - Implementation Of A Pv Installation; - Application Of An Energy Storage Using Vanadium Flow Batteries Based On Redox Technology (Vrfb - Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries) With A Capacity Of At Least 10 Kwh, Battery Efficiency Of At Least 65% And An Operational Life Of At Least 12,000 Charging And Discharging Cycles (Suchodębie 49). As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Use Of Construction Machines Using Energy From Renewable Energy Sources, And Zero-Emission Motor Vehicles On The Terms Described In This Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Project Documentation Constituting Annexes No. 1 And 1A To This Swz And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Required Minimum Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Contractor For The Work Performed Is 60 Months (5 Years).
