Scope Of Works: 1) Modernization Of The District Road 1044C On The Mała Klonia Bagienica Route: A) Removal Of Breakthroughs, B) Partial Renovation Of The Surface; 2) Modernization Of The District Road 1031C Wierzchucin - Dw 240: A) Renovation Of The Surface, B) Partial Renovation, C) Construction Of Dirt Roadsides, D) Finishing Works - Planting Of The Adjacent Area; 3) Modernization Of The District Road 1038C And 1036C In The Lubiewo Commune: A) Emergency Removal Of Breakthroughs, B) Emergency Partial Renovation Of The Surface.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Siwz, As Well As In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.4. The Construction Works Covered By This Announcement Will Be Performed On The Basis Of: 1) Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit To The Public Administration Body Modernization Of District Road No. 1031C Wierzchucin - Dw 240, Excluding The Railway Section) (Certificate No. Bd.6743.1.5.2024.Ecz Of January 17, 2024); 2) Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Construction Permit To The Public Administration Body Modernization Consisting In The Renovation Of The District Road 1044C On The Mała Klonia - Bagienica Route From Km 0+000 To Km 1+268 And From Km 1+285 To Km 3+157 (Certificate No. Bd.6743.Gost.28.2023.Ecz Of May 11, 2023);3) No Notification Is Required For Emergency Spot Repairs Works.5. The Contractor, Without Additional Remuneration, Undertakes To: 1) Perform All Preparatory Works, Including Cleaning Works, Organization And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, Provide An Energy Connection For The Construction Site And Bear The Costs Of Their Consumption, 2) Mark And Secure The Construction Site, 3) Bear All Costs Of Tests, Expert Opinions And Opinions Necessary To Assess The Quality Of The Works And Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, 4) Bear The Costs Related To The Acceptance Of The Completed Works, 5) In The Event Of Damage To The Equipment Or Parts Thereof (M.
