1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Rooms In A Rented Commercial Premises For The Needs Of The Probation Center, Consisting Mainly In Works Related To The Ad Hoc Removal Of Moisture From The Walls And Future Protection Of The Premises. 2. In The Rooms Undergoing Renovation, The Works Include In Particular: Sanding Or Scraping Paint Coatings, Smoothing Out Unevenness, Painting The Rooms, Removing Damp Plasters, Replacing Worn-Out And Old Cassettes, Dismantling The Suspended Ceiling, Drying And Insulating, Removing The Partition Wall Between The Rooms Along With Installing A New Movable Acoustic Wall And Retrofitting With New Lamps.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Independently Prepare The Rooms For Renovation. In Particular, To Protect Against Contamination Or Destruction Of Building Elements That Are Not Renovated Or Replaced, I.E. Window Joinery, Door Joinery, Floors That Are Not Covered By Renovation. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Remove Any Furniture Or Equipment From The Rooms. 4. The Ordering Party Indicates That Renovation Works On The Roof Are Within The Scope Of The Lessor. The Contractor Does Not Estimate Or Carry Out These Works.
