The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Work Consisting In The Renovation Of Rooms In The Building At Ul. Woronicza 19 In Warsaw. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Investment Will Include Renovation Of The Administration Building, Including The Construction Of A Cold Storage Room For Medical Waste With Space For Vehicle Decontamination In The Garage Building And Plasterboard Construction In The Facility At Ul. Woronicza 19 In Warsaw. Staircase, Corridor And Rooms In Which Necessary Renovation Works Should Be Carried Out To Ensure Appropriate Work Technology In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Technical Knowledge And Measurements. All Aesthetic Considerations And Colors Will Be Selected At The Stage Of Work. The Area In Which The Works Will Be Performed Will Be Open For The Duration Of Their Execution, Excluding The Part Of The Area Where The Works Will Be Performed. All Construction Works Must Be Organized And Carried Out So As To Ensure Safety For People Staying In The Complex And Uninterrupted Use Of The Building. In Addition To The Above-Mentioned Goals, The Renovation Is Also Intended To Improve The Functionality, Aesthetics And Architectural Order Of The Administrative Facility. The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Security And Marking Of The Works On His Own. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Enables The Entry And Exit Of Emergency Ambulances And The Possibility Of Stationing Them (Connected To The Electrical Installation) 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day. Due To The Above, The Employer Requires The Division Of Individual Works Into Stages In Such A Way That The Execution Of Construction Works Does Not Interfere With The Work Of The Emergency Service. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order May Only Be Carried Out On Working Days Between 8:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Documentation Attached To The Procedure, With The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template, As Well As Applicable Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Construction Practice. Works Included In The Above-Mentioned Documentation And Not Included In The Offer Valuation Will Not Be Treated As Additional Works And Will Not Be Additionally Financed By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Including: For The Course And Timely Execution, For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions - Specified For The Subject Of The Order, And For Meeting Other Requirements Arising From Applicable Legal Provisions. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Implementation Of A Given Task. The Contractor Will Be Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents To Employees And Third Parties Resulting From The Works And Vehicle Traffic.
