The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Modernization Of Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of Ul. Dąbrowskiego And Ul. Górnickiego In Oświęcim. The Investment Involves The Reconstruction Of The Existing Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of Ul. Dąbrowskiego, Ul. Górnickiego And Plac Tadeusza Kościuszki In Oświęcim And The Renovation Of The Surface Of This Intersection With A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: • Design Documentation, • Detailed Technical Specifications, • Bills Of Quantities, • Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Works Notification. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To: • Carry Out Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With The Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of ​​Works; • Ensuring, At Your Own Expense, That The Construction And Works Are Managed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Work In Particular Specialties, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order; • Execution Of Works Resulting From The Traffic Management Project For The Duration Of Construction, Together With The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Signs And Their Removal After The Completion Of The Works; • Carrying Out The Works In Such A Way As To Ensure Safe Access To And Access To The Properties Located At Ul. Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Order. Dąbrowskiego, Ul. Górnickiego And Plac Tadeusza Kościuszki In Oświęcim Or To Which Access Is Via These Roads And Ensure Continuity Of Utility Supplies; • Securing And Fencing (If Necessary) The Construction Site, Marking The Work Site, Protecting Against Access Of Unauthorized Persons To The Construction Site And Materials Stored There At Their Own Expense, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection Regulations; • Ensuring, At Your Own Expense, Comprehensive Surveying Services For The Works By An Authorized Surveyor; • Notifying Operators Of All Installation Networks, In Particular Electricity, Gas, Water And Sewage, And Ict, Whose Infrastructure Is Located In The Area Of ​​The Construction Site And Its Impact; • Notifying Property Owners Affected By Interruptions In The Supply Of Electricity, Water, Gas And Others Caused By The Works Being Carried Out, At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Interruptions; • Ensuring, At Your Own Expense And Responsibility, The Following: Storage, Transport And Disposal Of: Materials From Demolitions, Dismantling, Felling And Waste; • Ensuring Supervision Of Property At The Work Site At Its Own Expense.
