The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Full-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Carry Out Construction Both In Formal, Legal And Technical Terms, And To Perform The Works In Accordance With This Documentation For The Task Titled Construction Of The Olioc Warehouse With A Social Part And An Underground Storey As A Protective Building: A Type U-1 Hiding Place The Order Was Divided Into Two Tasks: 1. The Offer Price Should Also Include And Provide For The Necessary Funds And Time For: − Analysis Of The Documentation Received From The Ordering Party, Including The Functional And Utility Program, − Development And Reconciliation Of Design Documentation, Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements And Decisions Enabling The Full Scope Of The Investment (If Applicable), Including Submitting An Application On Behalf Of The Investor For The Issuance Of A Construction Permit, − Developing And Presenting To The Supervision Inspector For Approval The Material And Financial Schedule Of Works, Material And Equipment Proposals, Performing Tests, Acceptance Documents And Other Activities Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order, − Participation In Construction Councils And Meetings Related To The Implementation Of The Investment, Including Designers Of All Industries As Part Of The Authors Supervision, − Restoration Of The Nearby Investment Area To Its Original Condition, Elimination Of Possible Damage, Payment Of Compensation For Damage Caused To Properties And Existing Facilities, − Securing Structures Exposed To Damage As A Result Of The Works Carried Out By The Contractor, − Storing Waste And Transporting It To A Waste Landfill In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Respect, Excess Soil From Excavations Not Classified As Hazardous Waste In The Place Agreed With The Ordering Party, − Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation, Performance Of Acceptance Activities - Acceptance Of Final And Final Works In Accordance W
