The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works On The Task Titled: Construction Of A Small Architecture Facility In A Public Place, I.E. A Pumptrack Bicycle Track In Zagórze. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Carrying Out Measurement Works And As-Built Inventory, - Preparing The Area For Construction (Cutting Down Trees, Grubbing Up Stumps), - Earthworks (Removing A Layer Of Fertile Soil, Trenching), - Making Drainage, - Forming Slopes And Embankments, - Making Aggregate Bases, - Construction Of Surfaces From Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures And Paving Stones, - Installation Of Small Architecture (Benches, Bicycle Rack, Garbage Bin), - Topsoiling And Sowing The Area With Grass, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation With The Characteristics Of The Facility To Be Constructed, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4. 1), Stwiorb And Bills Of Quantities. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bills Of Quantities Or Of Works In A Larger Quantity Compared To The Quantity Accepted In The Bills Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration. Please Note The Attached Technical Documentation (Design Documentation And Stwiorb) Contain A Wider Scope Of Works To Be Performed, I.E. The Subject Of The Study Was Also A Skate Park, Which Is Not The Subject Of The Proceedings And Should Not Be Valued. Equivalent Solutions. In Each Case, Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Prope
