1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Titled: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled Modernization Of The Łęgnowo Pump Station. 1.1 The Subject Of The Basic Order (Hereinafter Referred To As: Basic Order Or Basic Task) Is The Service Consisting In The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of The Łęgnowo Pump Station. The Technical Solutions Designed Under The Order Are Intended To In Order To Improve The Technical Condition Of The Facility And Its Modernization By: Replacing Pumping Units With New Ones, Modernizing The Automation And Control System Of The Pumping Station, Rebuilding And Increasing The Capacity Of The Expansion Tank As Well As Constructing A Sand Trap And Renovating The Outlet Chamber Of The Pressure Pipelines. The Implementation Of The Basic Order Is Divided Into The Following Stages: Stage I, Stage Ii, Stage Iii, Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz1.2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option In This Order. The Subject Of The Contract Under The Option Right Are The Following Services: Option I: Environmental Impact Report (Eis) (If The Authority Imposes An Obligation To Prepare The Report) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bodies Giving Opinions And Determining The Scope Of The Report (Paper And Electronic Version) In The Amount Required By The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended). Option Ii: Performing Authors Supervision Over Works Performed On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation As Part Of The Basic Order, Which Will Be Performed From The Date Indicated In The Notification Of The Commencement Of Construction To The Date Indicated As The Date Of Completion Of Construction In The Notification Of Completion Of Construction. Note: A) The Ordering Party Envisages The Application Of The Option Right Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Condition For Triggering The Option Right Is The Ordering Partys Declaration Of Will To Perform The Order Under The Option Right, Submitted To The Contractor In Writing; B) The Ordering Party May Resign From Performing All Or Part Of The Order Covered By The Option Right; C) The Use Of The Option Right Is Not Obligatory. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Right Of Option, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.
