Pogodna In Kudowa-Zdrój, Divided Into 2 Tasks: Task 1 - Development Of The Area Between Buildings No. 11 To 23 At Ul. Pogodna In Kudowa-Zdrój. The Subject Of The Order Under Task 1 Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Development Of Public Space In The Housing Estate At Ul. Pogodna In Kudowa-Zdrój, On Plot 169/5, Słone District, In Accordance With The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Entitled: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Development Of Public Space In Kudowa-Zdrój. Development Of The Area Between Buildings No. 11 To 23 At Ul. Pogodna. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Of Existing Paved Surfaces, 2) Demolition Of Existing Terrain Stairs And Edges, 3) Dismantling Of Small Architectural Elements, 4) Protection Of Existing Greenery, In Particular Trees, 5) Construction Of Surfaces And Communication System: A) Pedestrian Routes Made Of Concrete Cubes, B) Pedestrian And Driving Routes Made Of Concrete Cubes And Eco-Cubes. 6) Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People 7) Construction Of Terrain Stairs Made Of Concrete Cubes Concrete,8) Installation Of Balustrades And Handrails,9) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture,10) Development Of Green Areas, Including: A) Planting Of Trees, Shrubs And Ornamental Plants In Accordance With The Design,B) Construction Of Lawns And Their Renovation,C) Installation Of Lawn Edges,D) Mulching With Bark.11) Height Regulation Of Wells, Valves And Inlets,12) Tidying Up The Area.Task 2 - Renovation Of Stairs - Communication Route Between Pogodno And Zdrojowa Streets In Kudowa-Zdrój. The Subject Of The Order Under Task 2 Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Pedestrian Communication Route Constituting A Connection Between Ul. Pogodno And Ul. Zdrojowa In Kudowa-Zdrój, On Plots No. 43/1 And 43/2, Stary Zdrój District, In Accordance With The Design Documentation Entitled: Development Of Public Space At Ul. Pogodna. Renovation Of The Stairs - Communication Route Between Ul. Pogodna And Zdrojowa. The Investment Will Be Carried Out Next To The Monument: The City Of Kudowa-Zdrój As A Historic Urban System Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under The Number 684/Wł By Decision Of December 18, 1977. Therefore, The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Decision No. 93/2025 Of January 20, 2025, Issued By The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition And Removal Of Existing Hardened Surfaces, 2) Dismantling Of Existing Elements Of Small Architecture, 3) Dismantling Of Poles And Lighting Fixtures,4) Construction Of The Surface Of Pedestrian Routes From Granite Cubes,5) Reno
