The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing, Delivering And Serving Full Meals During The Stays Of Sports Groups Staying At The Sports And Recreation Center In Człuchów (Hereinafter Referred To As Osir). In The Following Facilities: 1) Camping No. 80 (Człuchów, Al. Wojska Polskiego 62), 2) Dom Sportowca (Człuchów, Ul. Szkolna 1). All-Day Meals Include: 1) Breakfasts, 2) Lunches, Additionally An Afternoon Snack Served During Lunch, E.G. In The Form Of Fruit, 3) Dinners. The Expected Number Of Meals (Portions) During The Period Covered By The Order Is: 1) Breakfasts - 9,000 Portions;2) Lunches - 9,000 Portions,3) Dinners - 9,000 Portions. Maximum Number Of People Covered By Full Board In One Day: 220 People. The Number Of Meals Indicated Above Is An Estimate, And The Actual Number Of Daily Meals Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Depending On The Number And Size Of Sports Groups Staying In Osir Facilities. The Service Will Be Provided Successively.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Template Contract) Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
