The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Soda Lye To The Leachate Pre-Treatment Installation, On The Terms Described Below:1. Soda Lye Solution 50% Technical With The Following Parameters: 1) Sodium Hydroxide 49%-51% (According To Iso 979 Or Equivalent);2) Sodium Chloride Content %(M/M), Less Than 0.05%;3) Sodium Chlorate Content %(M/M), Less Than 0.005%;4) Sodium Carbonate Content %(M/M), Less Than 0.2%;5) Iron Content Mg/Kg, Less Than 5 Mg/Kg;6) The Temperature Of The Soda Lye Solution During Delivery Should Be Above 15Oc And Not More Than 35Oc2. Total Amount Of Soda Lye Solution 80.00 Mg,3. Minimum Benefit 50.00 Mg4. Delivery Time – 2 Business Days 5. Individual Orders Will Be Sent Via E-Mail To The Contractors Address.6. Frequency Of Deliveries At Least Once Every 5 Weeks. In The Event Of A Failure Or Downtime In The Pre-Treatment Plant, The Time Between Individual Deliveries May Be Extended, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Informed No Longer Than 72 Hours After The Failure.7. Supplies Of Soda Lye Will Be Made To The Zp 80 Tank - The Unit Delivery Will Be At Least 6,000 Kg. Maximum Quantity 12,000 Kg. It Will Be Possible To Reload To The Tank Using A Tanker In Accordance With The Tank Documentation. 8. The Loading Point Is Equipped With A Camlock B3 Connector - 3 Inches And Is Located At A Height Of 2.80 M From The Ground. It Is Allowed To Load The Zp 80 Tank From Ibc Tanks. 9. Delivery Will Take Place In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And The Hazardous Substance Safety Data Sheet, As Well As The Tank Documentation. 10. Reloading Will Take Place Between: 7-14 (Monday To Friday), In Accordance With The Hazardous Substance Safety Data Sheet, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Adr And The Ordering Partys Workplace Instructions.11. Transport Within The Plant In Accordance With Adr.12. The Contractor Will Attach A Quality Test Certificate To Each Unit Delivery.13. The Maximum Reloading Time For Soda Lye Is 3 Hours.14. The Price That The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor For Each Unit Delivery Will Be Determined As The Product Of The Quantity Of Soda Lye Delivered (Kg) Specified In The Soda Lye Acceptance Report And The Net Unit Rate For 1 Kg Of Soda Lye Indicated In The Contractors Offer. Vat Will Be Added To The Price Calculated In This Way At The Rate Resulting From Generally Applicable Legal Provisions On The Day Of Issuing The Invoice.15. Place Of Delivery: Eko Dolina Sp. Z O.
