1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Installation Of Playground Equipment Along With Small Architecture (Benches, Waste Bins, Information Board With Regulations). The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Works; 2) Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment; 3) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements; 4) Execution Of Surface Works; 5) Partial Hardening Of The Access To The Playground, 6) Surveying Services; 7) Carrying Out A Post-Installation Inspection Of The Playground By A Specialized Inspection Unit; 8) Fulfillment Of The Obligations Imposed By The Decision Of The Lubuskie Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments Granting The Permit To Carry Out Construction Works No. Zn.5142.72.2023 [Mzar] Of December 11, 2023, Including: A) Notification To The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments About The Commencement And Completion Date Of The Works Indicated In The Permit, At Least 14 Days Before Their Commencement, B) Immediate Notification To The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Monuments With Threats Or New Circumstances Revealed During Construction Works, C) Ensuring Archaeological Research, The Scope And Type Of Which In Accordance With Art. 31 Section 2 Of The Act Of 23 July 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments Is Determined By The Lubuskie Voivodeship Monument Conservator Only To The Extent That Construction Or Earthworks Or A Change In The Nature Of Existing Activities In The Area Where Archaeological Monuments Are Located Will Destroy Or Damage The Archaeological Monument. Before Starting Work, The Investor Should Obtain The Permission Of The Lubuskie Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments By Way Of An Administrative Decision, In Accordance With Art. 36 Section 1 Point 5 Above. Leśna 21 In Mirostowice Dolne 68-200 Żary, Which Consists Of The Following Studies:1) Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design;2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works;3) Bill Of Quantities.3.
