1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Clock Tower At The Olympic Stadium At Al. I. J. Paderewskiego 35 In Wrocław In The Scope Of Wall Maintenance Works, Including The Replacement Of The Roof Covering, Construction Of A Gas Installation, Installation Of A Torch, And Installation Of A Video Monitoring System.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Works Are Expected To Be Performed: 1) Development Of Design Documentation, I.E. Concept And Executive/Technical Documentation For The Gas Installation Supplying The Torch By The Contractor, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Tender Documentation. As Part Of The Design Work, The Following Should Be Carried Out: A) A Design Concept Together With An Analysis Of The Presented Design Assumptions In Terms Of Functionality, Safety And Operation, Checking The Compliance Of The Proposed Burner, Power Supply And Control System With Applicable Standards And Regulations, And Assessing The Expected Solutions In Terms Of The Safety Of People And The Environment. B) Technical And Executive Design Of The Gas Installation, Including: Technological Part • Development Of A Technological Diagram Of The Gas Installation, • Selection And Arrangement Of Burners Together With Their Power Supply System, • Selection Of Gas Fittings (Shut-Off Valves, Solenoid Valves, Pressure Reducers, Filters), • Determination Of Installation Operating Parameters (Pressure, Flow, Gas Demand), • Design Of Gas Pipelines With Routing Routes And Mounting Methods, • Solutions For Venting And Blowing Through The Installation, • Material And Construction Guidelines. Control And Automation System:• Development Of A Control System,• Design Of Ignition Systems For Each Burner,• Integration Of The Flame Control System (Ionization / Uv Sensors),• Control Logic (Start, Continuous Operation, Extinguishing, Re-Ignition),• Implementation Of Safety Functions (Locks, Interlocks),• Design Of Visualization And Operator Interface,• Integration Of Alarm And Status Signals.
