The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Including Land Development And Architectural And Construction Design, Technical (Executive) Design, Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Other Preparation Necessary To Fulfill All The Assumed Functions, Obtaining All Necessary Notifications/Permits And Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment For The Task Titled: Extension Of The Volunteer Fire Department Station In Sarnów, Located At Ul. Szkolna 3 On Plot No. 313/1, Sarnów District.2. Basic Assumptions, Scope Of Design Development.2.1. Carrying Out An Inventory Of The Existing Land Development, Including In Particular: Elements Of Small Architecture, Fences, Existing Greenery, Squares, Pedestrian Routes And Parking Lots, Existing Technical Infrastructure.2.2. Designing The Liquidation Of The Existing: Playground, Fence, Small Architecture, Greenery Colliding With The Investment, In Order To Prepare The Area For The Construction Of A New Garage And Warehouse Building.2.3. Designing A Free-Standing Garage And Storage Building Located Next To The Volunteer Fire Department Building, Which Will Serve As A Garage For A Fire Truck And A Storage Area, With The Following Parameters: 2.3.1. Building Made Of Steel Technology, Made Of Sandwich Panels With A Segmented Structure, Covered With A Roof Made Of The Same Structure With Min. 4 Roof Skylights (Flat Polycarbonate/Glass)2.3.2. A Building With 2 Garage Doors And Two Additional Doors, Independent Of The Gates, One Should Be Located Between The Gates And The Other On The Side Of The Existing Fire Station Building (Appendix No. 6); Electrically Operated Gates, Switches Located In The Entrance Part Of The Garage And In The Back Part Of The Garage And In The Warehouse Part;2.3.3. Garage Development Area: Approximately 200 M2 (The Final Size Will Be Determined At The Design Stage After Taking Into Account All Design Assumptions); Maximum Height 5 M;2.3.4.
