With email subject strictly being Supply and Delivery of CTV Tool Kit Oxfam is seeking a supplier to supply and delivery maintenance toolkits to the Oxfam warehouse in Zahle. TIMEFRAME AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE 100% payment after providing the kits of the requested quantity and submitting the financial documents. Oxfam will pay based on the signed GRN and the submitted invoice. 5. EXPERIENCE OR PROFILE REQUIREMENTS The company/ individual(s) should have the following competencies: Essential I.D. card for the person signing on the bid empowered by the power of attorney. Copies of original documents that demonstrate their legal establishment, registration, and status. Confirmation letter of delivery time 7 working days Please attach a letter. Data sheets for each item specified in the BoQ. Each data sheet must be saved as a separate file with the corresponding item name. Reference: two or more clients within similar scope (Preferable with NGOs) (client name, contact person and email, project description, locations, value of money). 7.
