Deployable SRHR Technical Advisor Deadline for submission of offers 7th April 2026 Deliverables & Timelines 3.1. Key Deliverables A detailed work plan An outline of the proposed modules, approach and content for feedback Draft detailed modules for feedback Final modules for sign off Note: In the event that there is a change or additional deliverables during the contract period, an addendum to the contract must be agreed and signed. The change/additional deliverables must be in line with the initial scope of the project. 3.2.Timelines It is anticipated that this consultancy will take up to 25 working days between April, May and June 2026. Suggested timeline: Call for consultancy, award and signing of contract 15th April Inception call- 17th April Delivery of detailed workplan 22nd April Review of proposed modules and approach 27th April Development of modules content 8 th May First draft of developed module- 12th May Review of first draft 18 th May Final draft 22nd May Testing of final draft in CO 20th June Online meeting with CO teams to review feedback 23rd June Final document 30th June Note: At this stage the timeline is indicative and should support any external suppliers in the development of their proposal. As part of the process, this timeline should be re-evaluated in consultation between Plan International and the supplier and may be subject to change based on the suppliers proposed approach.
