Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement On Groundwater Evidence Preservation in Austria

The Aim Of The Current Project Is To Monitor And Ensure The Effects Of The Construction Projects In Seestadt Aspern On The Groundwater Quality And Compliance With The Established Environmental Standards. Groundwater Investigations And Quality Measurements Are To Be Carried Out In The Specified Eia Areas North And South Of Seestadt Aspern At The Existing Gauges. The Services To Be Provided Include, In Particular, Sampling And The Preparation Of Relevant Reports. In Order To Achieve The Stated Objectives, A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Party, On The Basis Of Which The Necessary Groundwater Evidence Preservation Services Are Requested. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of Four Years, Which Can Be Extended By A Further Year (Clients Option). The Total Amount That Can Be Accessed On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement To Be Concluded (I.E. Over The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement Including The Option) Amounts To Eur 500,000 (Net, Maximum Call Volume As Of March 2026 Excluding Valorization According To The Framework Agreement In Point V.4, Which Thus Changes The Maximum Call Volume). The Estimated Contract Value Of The Services To Be Provided Via The Framework Agreement (Over The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement Including The Option) Amounts To Eur 500,000 (Net, As Of March 2026).
