Design Services Will Support Effective Project Planning And Delivery Through The Development Of Fit‑For‑Purpose, Code‑Compliant Designs That Align With Project Objectives, Manage Risk, And Enable Timely And Cost‑Effective Construction. Prospective Suppliers Should Have The Capacity, Technical Expertise, And Adaptability To Support A Long‑Term Program Of Work And Contribute To Efficient, Performance‑Driven Project Delivery. Suppliers Are Invited To Propose For Either Both Or Any One Of The Following Project Categories: (1) New Builds, Renovations, And Workspace Improvements; And/Or (2) Building Systems And Asset Upgrades.Forecast For Bc Hydros Design Services Is Anticipated To Be Consistent Over The Coming Years And May Represent Approximately $8M - 12M Annually.The Contract Is Expected To Be For An Initial Term Of (7) Years, Which May Be Extended For Up To (10) Year(S) Through One Or More Contract Extensions, For A Potential Total Term Of (17) Years.This Procurement May Involve Negotiation.This Opportunity Is Subject To Chapter 5 Of The Canadian Free Trade Agreement.All Responses Should Be In English.
