Quotation are invited for Inspection, Repairing and Testing of Schneider Make 55 KW VFD 1032601250 1 ITEM-00001 INSPECTION, REPAIRING AND TESTING OF SCHNEIDER MAKE 55 KW VFD (MODEL#ATV61HD55N4 & SL.NO#2F1543000065) INSTALLED WITH M-STATION CCB AHU # 2WHICH GOT TRIPPED ON IMPEDANCE SHORT CIRCUIT#:SCOPE OF WORK:1.INSPECTION, REPAIRING AND TESTING OF SCHNEIDER VFD (55KW, 380V AC,ATV61HD55N4) WHICH TRIPPED ON IMPEDANCE SHORT CIRCUIT# WHILE IT WAS INOPERATION.2. SUPPLIER SHOULD COLLECT VFD FROM M STATION HV AC WORKSHOP ANDDELIVERED BACK TO DEWA AFTER REPAIRING AND SUCCESSFUL TESTING.3. ALL THE DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS (LIKE IGBT, THYRISTORS, COOLING FANS,INTERFACE BOARDS, CHARGE/DISCHARGE RESISTORS, DC CAPACITORS, CONTROLBOARDS AND ETC.)SHALL BE REPLACED.4. COMPLETE CLEA NING OF ALL INTERNAL OF THE DRIVE SHALL BE DONE.5.WARRANTY FOR THE REPAIRS SHALL BE FOR 12 MONTHS AFTER THE DELIVERY OFTHE 1 EA VFD.6.SER VICE REPORTS SHALL BE SENT AFTER SUCCESSFUL TEST RUN.7.
